Software Support

Maxus Australia's Software Helpdesk is designed to assist users with any of the software products we have supplied. Our expert support staff respond as quickly as possible to your queries using whatever means best suits your needs: telephone, fax, email. The Service provides you with immediate "hot line" telephone or email assistance, during normal office hours (Melbourne/Sydney time), with any problems you may encounter.

  • For users on current maintenance most support calls are handled free of charge.
  • Alternatively, help is available on a charge-per-call basis or by subscription
