Women's Health Victoria

Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) is an independent women’s health promotion organisation run by women for women across the state of Victoria. California Child Welfare Resource Library

The California Child Welfare Resource Library was founded in 1995 by the California Social Work Education Center. The Library’s mission is to provide up-to-date educational materials to the state’s schools of social work, the county public child welfare agencies and the regional training academies and centres, in order to promote best practices and advocate for families and children. The Library delivers on this mission by operating as a “long-distance lending facility.” From its location at Long Beach, it catalogues and lends out more than 3,600 items in diverse formats – books, videotapes, print articles, audiotapes, CD-ROMs, journals and multimedia kits. The Dreyfus Corporation is one of the USA's leading mutual fund companies, currently managing approximately USD $165 billion in more than 200 mutual fund portfolios nationwide. Dreyfus’ library houses financial publications, serials, purchased market research, paper and electronic media. The library at Dreyfus also serves any Mellon Bank subsidiary or affiliate in need of information, which comes to about 21-23,000 people.
