Our expert support staff respond as quickly as possible to your queries using whatever means best suits your needs: telephone, fax, email. assistance, during normal office hours (Melbourne/Sydney time), with any problems you may encounter.
- Short support calls are handled free of charge.
- Inmagic users with software on a current maintenance agreement receive free support for a set number of support "incidents" (problems that cannot be solved within approximately 10 minutes) within the 12 months of their maintenance subscription.
- Alternatively, help is available on a charge-per-call basis
